the easement or it was part of the plan when the subdivision was approved. If its brand new, then you are entitled to compensation. Check your Title report to see if it existed before you purchased the property.

Hello, I own a property in California. My local city is in the propcess of installing an underground massive drainage system that will go through my property. am I in title for fair market compansation for this easement. thanks in advance
