I had a guy I worked with that spoke Spanish fluently to transcribe the document. Contact your local school Spanish teacher.- or someone like that. I used a contract I had and just had it transcribed.
Can someone point me to a resource on the web where I can find a form that is a general real estate contract to purchase property that is translated into spanish? Thanks for your help!

You might want to check out U.S. legal forms.com, 1-877-389-0141 they have a number of Spanish translation documents on their web site, however I did not see a real estate purchase agreement in my initial search, they do have 21 other Spanish translation documents and forms.
