Look up Legal Forms, NY State on one of the search engines and you’ll find your NY REC forms there…which you can then have your lawyer look at.

Just understand that most lawyers are going to feel you should have a unique, terrific doc which they’ll be glad to draft for you for a fee…this probably isn’t necessary and you likely would be better served by finding one of the NY area REIs and getting some help from him/her to see what forms he/she’s using.

To All,

Can anyone send me a copy of a well formed purchase contract. I am just getting started and seen some contracts which are available online but they seem very bland. I am in NYC and I’ll have my attorney go through the contract to add some things but I wanted to begin with a well thought out contact.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
