Assuming you are the real estate broker, can you do part 1 or 2?

My question is regarding real estate advertising law. 2 parts.

1st part. I am with ABC Realty and am partnering with DEF Construction. Can I offer, for using my real estate company or listing property with us, and we will give a credit $2,000 towards remodeling costs with DEF construction. Is this legal?

2nd part. If i would like to offer a free 37" plasma TV to my customers for using me as a buying agent or when purchasing a commercial property or even listing a property with me. Is there a way of doing something like this? Is it legal?

You need to go over all this with your RE Broker…he or she OWNS (or works for owner of) all business in your RE Agency…and that Broker’s word is law as to how much you can use the name of the agency in your described project.
