Hey folks,
Just thought I would share a different angle. I really like Hugh Bromma and Entrust. Hugh literally wrote the book on self-directed deals (available on amazon.com and his site, www.entrustadmin.com) and has a cd explaining the same. Hugh is also very accessible: everytime I have called him, I have gotten through to him personally. Hugh just left yesterday from giving a workshop this past weekend to our club members on using self-directed retirment vehicles to buy re. He was great.
I don’t know anything about the others… but I can’t imagine the service is any better anywhere else. Just my 2 cents.

I have purchased mortgages with my IRA at Mid Ohio, but am also interested in purchasing real estate within my IRA. Mid Ohio is great !
