Hello Michael,

For at least the past six years, the NoteSmith and NoteSmith Pro series have been considered top-notch note servicing software for individuals, and portfolio management companies. Other helpful note management software includes Jon Richards series, NoteQuoter Pro, and Note Recaster; and TValue’s TValue 4.0 program, can be useful in smaller portfolio, or individual note management scenarios. These various products should be available right here in CREO’s Bookstore I believe.

Also, many note investors utilize the services of “third-party” collection services… this can be especially helpful if you actively buy and sell real estate and or paper accounts, and/or create or deal in more complex arrangements such as AITD’s or “wrap” land contracts - because it helps “tone” the paper through independent third party verfication of account histories, etc.; and with a competent company, can provide an important set of “extra eyes” to help insure that the accounting and paperwork is accurate during the term of the payment streams involved.

Hope this helps, and best wishes for your success!

Hi,

I had a look at the archives and couldnt see any reference to software people use to manage their notes and vendor financing.

Yeah, I guess its a newbie question, but apart from putting together my own excel/word, system. Is there a product people recomend to track this stuff?

Regards
Michael
