I would compare what Russ would charge you for his books and tapes, i.e. Millionaire U, ha ha with what the professionals on this web site would charge you. In addition, I would seek a local real estate club, but be carefull. Its like anything else, due deligence must be observed. I have found out through the school of hard knocks that the first guru or club that you run into, might not be the right one. In my opinion, I would stick with the books and tapes on this website. Saying this with past experience. Lots of luck and always remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but never lose site of it.
This is a great site and you should check it out before you give a cent to any of these so-called “gurus”. Saved me a bundle of money and heartache http://www.johntreed.com/rateseminars.html

John Reed fires his mouth off before checking his facts. His integrity is not as high as you might think. He does not ensure customer satisfaction of outdated materials. You buy at your own risk.
You may be correct. I do not know Mr. Reed.
You, however, presume to know my thoughts on his integrity.
Mr. Reed isn’t the only one who “fires his mouth off before checking his facts” is he?

I have his book. It is long on motivation, short on practical money making ideas. (Do you REALLY want the management headaches that come with a weekly rooming house?? Not I.)
And I would ABSOLUTELY skip the seminar that costs thousands. Go to the free one for the motivational and informataional (if any) value but leave your wallet at home.
