He also wrote a couse about buying commercial property using a land contract-agreement for deed. I have the course, but haven’t heard anything about him in a long time.

A few years back I sent for some info in the mail from Manny Protopapas. He claimed he could get you 100% funding for almost any type of real estate. I wanted to know if anybody has had success with Manny’s methods. He called his company “Real Estate Funding Solutions.” He says you can become an associate and work deals or just sell the course. Anybody had any dealings with Manny?
