We all make mistakes and it’s my belief that there was only one perfect man…and it’s sure not me either.

*if you do encounter resistance or get refusal, I’d urge you to see a lawyer and get some help here. I’ve known a number of folk with felony convictions to get licensed of one kind or another. I’m remembering some of Nixon’s people who were allowed to be reinstated as lawyers after they had been convicted and disbarred.

I have a felony conviction in my past, 31 yrs ago. Will this prevent me from getting a RE license? I was 18 yrs old then and got in some trouble but all is good since then. Of course I regret it but it is what it is.
