Thank Ernest for your thought out response. A few months
ago I decided not to buy a 55 unit, Yuma, Arizona park,
as I simply could not figure out how to make anything
fit on the spaces put in service in the 50’s. I thought
possibly of buying the park, and cutting the spaces by
half, but then income would not justify the purchase, even
if the asking price were halved. I thought about trying to
source used PARK MODELS, and the price of new park models,
put me out of the game. Also clearing and completely refitting the park, the time and money required, left me
without the staying power to accomplish. I like your idea
of two floor townhouses, however for seniors, they would
not be as acceptable as for families.
