I own a small mobile home in a mobile home park here in Pinellas Park, FL. I have been living there for over a year and my lease with the park is now up. I wish to move out now and will try to sell it but if this isn’t possible, I may decide to just turn over the home to the mobile home park. If I turn over the deed to them, would I be liable for anything thereafter?
