Many of the local real estate agents have listings on their mls that are offering rental properties. some are lease options or you can negotiate this with the seller. If the rental property is listed the seller pays a commition to get your lease in place not the tennant.

For those of you who do sandwich L/O’s, if you have an owner who has listed with an agent, what is the best way to deal with that? What do you usually offer them in order to make the deal go through? All advice is greatly appreciated.
