base, but on its own, it’s not to investor friendly ?
Is this true ?? The systems I have been looking are
based in Quick Books but also include items to make
them investor friendly

Quickbooks Pro with John Hyres chart of accounts works well. I have rentals in LLCs and do flips through a S Corp and it covers everything.
