I bought a property in my own name through Country Wide Home Mortgage and now want to Quit Claim Deed it into my LLC, and I just called the office and got someone manning the phones “saying we dont do that”. Is there anyway around this? If I just do it am I going to trigger the “due at sale” clause of my mortage contract? Any advise?
