I had the same problem a few years ago. I switched to quick books after buying John Hyre’s course “KISS guide to bookeeping” No problems since. Good luck

I currently use Quicken Home & Business to track my personal finances.

I have recently bought my first rental property (a duplex) and should close in the next two weeks.

What is the best way to set this up in Quicken Home & Business? Should I set it up in the business section? I am having trouble setting up a property there. Also, should set up classes? etc.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
