Eventually you’re going to have to invest money for education…otherwise you’ll get your education from the school of REALLY hard knocks and trust me, it’ll cost you a whole lot more than $150!!!
I have Steve’s course and I believe it’s worth MORE than $150!!!
good luck,
CAREY
p.s. If you do some more research you’ll find that Steve’s course is one of the least expensive courses on wholesaling/flipping!
I am interested in buying Steven Cooks book Quick Flips. It seems a bit expensive at $150, has anyone bought it or do you have any info for me on this area. I am wanting to get started in REI and like this area best, can anyone please lead me in the right direction,
I bought Steve’s course in early may. Signed a purchase agreement on a SFH rehab by May 20. I’m not flipping, but rehabbing, using a private hard money lender. I’m confident I’ll turn it for 18-20k profit by Labor Day. I’d say the $150 was a good investment for me.

Hello Mike
Before I ever even thought about REI, I studied direct response mail order marketing with a partner of mine for about 2 1/2 years. I feel that we both now the business pretty well, though not a genius on the subject. After those 2 1/2 years I was pretty shell shocked to ever buy or run ads for that type of business again. Until I found CREonline. What gets me about the authors of these courses is that they are real people Mike. They are experienced and obviosly very good at what they do. Run a post to Mr. Cook I bet he will even answer any questions you have on the course. I have bought a few courses from CREonline, including Steve Cook’s. And may I say I am totally impressed from head to toe. I have spent tons on so called self help, make money selling used jelly jars, shine tires for profit, I made $90,000 a week from my moms kitchen table type books LOL! I recomend to spend the $150, Once you read Mr. Cook’s chapter on Ethics and Morals you will realize that Steve Cook could have charged $1,500.00 for his course and it would still be worth it. As a amatter of fact I have my eye on another course at CREonline. I can’t wait to get my hands on it! save Charlie save Charlie!
Steve’s course is the first one that I have purchased. However, in my humble opinion, it is worth more than $150. It contains quite a lot of good detailed information for people looking into wholesaling.
It takes good information to make money in this business. If the man is selling his book for a buck fifty (that’s a $150.00 for you cats who aint cool)then obviously he’s not into the author bit just make money or squeeze every nickel out of you like some of the other gurus one was mentioned in this response chain.
$150 is not too high for a course of this quality. Indeed it may well be the steal of summer.
I have recently bought Stephen Cook’s course and it is absoultely worth the money. Getting to understand the R.E. business and wholesaling, I started with LeGrand’s course. I felt there was a lot missing in my opinion about wholesaling. Steve’s course filled the gaps. In addtion to that, I felt it was the best I could do in show of apppreciation for answering my post personally.
Mike,
Actually $150 is not very expensive for a RE investing course and the one that you mention by Steve Cook on Wholesale Flipping is worth far more than $150 in my opinion. It is one of the most in depth courses I have on RE investing.
