There are 36 sections in a township.
There are 640 acres in a section.
There are two types of easements, 1. appurtenance and 2. an easement in gross, the former being more common.

We are considering getting into Real Estate as investors but do not have a large fund to start.I can buy a house no money down,but am considering foreclosures,notes,and other things.I would appreciate some small help on anything related to real estate.I am studying on all aspects and would like to go into it more knowledgeable then i am now.
