Where do I find non recourse loans? I can not pay any upfront fees. Anyone available without fees?

I have no money to put toward a purchase.

Where do I get money for an inspection, appraisal,etc?

I know that I can ask the seller to pay but, sometimes the inspectors want cash upfront.

Should I put the apartment in an LLC?
