Tell them just what you’ve put in your post (leave out the “double closing” words). I’d try to get a referral to an EXPERIENCED closer(s), through a realtor or another investor in your area.

I am currently looking for a good title company to close subj to deals and some pre foreclosures. I am thinking of questions to ask the title company for closing the transactions. I will be taking the pre foreclosures subj to also. Will this be a problem with the title company. I have asked about double closings before and could’nt find a company that would do it. What should I ask them. Any help would be greatful. Thank you in advance.
