I sold my home the day after a sheriff sale were issued.I had to pay over $9,000 for the fee.When the actual sheriff proceeding suppose to have began in october NOT August 30,2005 of this year.What can i do to get my money back!
I try to get help no one want to call me back or even answer my questions!

I am interested in the purchase the property from Sheriff’s Sale in Pennsylvania.
1.What should I be aware of when I purchase a property from Sheriff’s Sale? Sorry for asking a big question, I am just a very beginer.
2.My another question is what is the reason for the property get sell on a Sheriff’s Sale? Are those foreclure property or Judicial Tax Sales?
3.Any suggestion where I could find a good attorney in Pennsylvania? I am in NY now. Thanks a lot for you help

What if a property does not sell? Is the original owner still responsible or the the sheriff’s office own it?
