Hi!

I’m using Bill’s Land Trust. Closing on first Sub2 deal. When you fill out the form to notify the Insurance about the Trust, what exactly do you write for the following?

Please also add the following parties as “additional insureds” for liability purposes:

[LIST THE BENEFICIARIES, TRUSTEE AND ASSIGNEES OF TRUST INTEREST, IF APPLICABLE]

Here’s the scenario:

The owner has transferred the title, using a Land Trust, via a Warranty Deed. I’m the Trustee. She has also signed the Assignment of Beneficial Interest transferring her interest to me.
