My husband and I are looking into Wholesaling. We have been pounding the streets for a couple weeks now just to familiarize ourselves with the market in our area.
Im wondering what profit percentage I should be looking for from the rehabbers in the Houston Texas Area. I have talked to a couple so far and what I have found hasnt been quite as much as they were looking for percentage wise.I know I WILL Find those in time though! 
Anyone on the board do this is my area ?
