Thanks, thats what I thought and was doing. I had some argue with me telling me I was being to harsh. I have told them if they paid on time they would not have to worry about it.

I will call after as little as one day - especially at the first - to let them know I mean business. It’s a friendly call. If they are bothered by the call, I let them know I’m bothered that they are late and that if they aren’t late any more they won’t have to worry about any calls or “nasty grams” from me.
