My question is this.

I recently purchased a duplex her in my town. Very nice 2 bed 1 bath with 1 car garage on each side. Total purchase price 75K bank repo. True value 104K

I read somewhere on this sight that someone bought one side of a duplex? Can this be done? Can I split the duplex into two separate properties and sell each one on its own? If so what are the steps to do this? The duplex has separate addresses for each side but only one lone and bought by me under one lone.
