I have the original C.S. course. My question is can the contract that was included in the course still be used today? Does anybody know if there are many changes,if any? I’m going to start purchasing properties to flip, and I just want to make sure that this contract is still usable even if there are any changes in laws etc. I live in Ohio.

Chas, I have also used it to purchase 2 properties in the last six months and I just wrote two offers using them this morning. They seem to be more than thorough.

I bought my first 2 properties (both within the last 2 months) using the CS RE sales contracts. They worked for me. The RE attorney I use had no problems with them.
