I use a yahoo address. Never had a problem with it. As far as your LLC Name yes, YOu have to put it on there. If you are saying we buy houses, then you are speaking from a corporate standpoint. If you say I buy houses, then you should be taking the deed in your name.
Question About Business Cards - Posted by Hank (MD)

This is what I was thinking:
The name of my LLC, then my name and the title “Manager.”
Then something like “We Buy Houses and Other Income Properties.”
Then my PO Box and phone number.
I was wondering about including the LLC’s name. Do you usually include this, or just your own name?
Also, I was wondering about including my email address. I would like to, but a Yahoo address is not very professional. I know I can buy an address that doesn’t contain the word “Yahoo,” but I’m trying to avoid too many expenses since this is my first property.
Hello!
Well I have a yahoo email and never had any ??'s about it.
Do like Clair says.
The first thing that a person should see when yuo give them your business card is “What you can do for them”
I buy houses, We Buy Houses and Other Income Properties etc.
Remember its not about you its about what you can do for others.
Put every way you have for people to get in touch with you.
I have a local#, toll free#, fax#,email address, snail address and web site on mine
Also put a mini resume of what you can do to help people on the back of the card.
Always use both sides of the card because otherwise you are giving the person a piece of scratch paper to use to put the competitors #, girl friends # or something else on that will eventually get tossed and then when they think about selling a house your card in in the dump. If you are really serious about it have them laminated; mine are and can handle 2-3 washings before failure.
Mine are also wild ‘flouresant’ color I want whoever its is worker or professional to have and remember MY CARD
Hank, Your Business Card should be a mini-billboard for your clients.
Here is what is on my Business Card:

I don’t think it much matters whether you include the LLC’s name or just your own. Plus, if you have multiple entities, which one do you put on the card? The important thing is to get your contact information in the hands of sellers.
Regarding the Yahoo e-mail address, I will admit that I am a bit turned off when I see someone who purports to be a professional business person using a free e-mail account for their business use. In reality, it probably doesn’t mean anything, but perceptions are important.
There are plenty of services on the web nowadays where you can register a domain name for under $20 per year. You just need to make sure the company has the ability to set up forwarding e-mail accounts. That way, mail to your “professional” e-mail address can be forwarded to your Yahoo account (or where ever else you specify) and it’s invisible to the sender.
Depending on who will be getting your card, not having an email address listed won’t matter.
I include my LLC’s name now, but there was a time I didn’t. The most important messages on the card are what you do, your name, your phone number. If your personally handing your card to motivated sellers, what matters is how you set the table. You should be able to write “I Buy Houses”, your name & number on a slip of paper and have it be just as effective as a biz card.
