It might be prudent to have the present owner get the permits for a MH comm.Have the systems checked to make sure they are in operating condition by an engineer.

There is land for sale in a city near where I live-20 mins away- that I am interested in and I need advise. At one time it was a mobile home com. but the owners got out and it changed after that. It held about 34 homes and it is set up in every way for a mobile home com., but it isn’t listed as that way now.
The zoning and city have no problem with it going back to a mobile home com. It lists for around $600 but I can get it for about half of that.
I have not done this type of deal but I am interested in it.
Any advise from all you mobile home gods?
