After doing some homework today I am going to start attempting to protect my assets from future lawsuits. Currently I have been putting them in my personal name because it is easier to refinance them this way.
Now I am going to title the properties in an LLC and a land trust name -
does anyone see any negatives/positives to this?
what are the refinancing steps?
is this the best general protection?
