Nobody I know does this but I am sure if you ask Jim Piper they have been doing it since the Boston Tea Party:
There has been a recent plethora of stripmall type lending institutions ie Commercial Credit, Houshold Finance, Dewey Scruem and Howe etc. Well a lot of people who go to these places are on their last legs and desperate. Often times if you get in good with some of the employees, they can refer you deals that they can’t help with and you can do a sale/leaseback, hard money or whatever…
