Put a search in for real estate software and a list of real estate management applications (demos) will come up. You can download and try out a demo package to see if it fits your needs before you buy.

Also go to http://www.mrlandlord.com and go to “Mgmt. Software” under LANDLORD TOOLKIT

We’ve just acquired six units, with the sole purpose of building to a large rental network and replacing our (me and my wife’s) income. Seeing as how we are looking to go big time with this, does anyone have a reasonable, economical suggestion for a software package for mamangement purposes? I have the Carleton Sheets computer toolbox, but it’s kind of limited (n\but the property analyzer thing is great!)…
