Do you have a wide beach?In my area(NE NC)you can buy an oceanfront condo for the low to mid $200,000’s,but it’s about ready to fall in the ocean.

In October 2003 I purchased an Ocean Front Condo in a popular area for 130,000. The same condos are now listed for 210,000. I would appreciate any opinions on whether it would be a good idea to buy another condo or should I look for another area that may have not seen such rapid growth.
