have the appraiser get additional comps, or make specific statement as to value.
2.get a new lender.some lenders regardless of appraisal, ltv or credit will not close a buyer- due to their upline or there guidelines(seasoning).

I am selling 3 to 4 properties to a buyer that has purchased from me before, he has 730 FICO, I will try to get him in with no or little money down. His lender that he has used before has an issue with my properties not being seasoned. two of them are 6 unit buildings, 1 4 unit, and 1 3 unit. Any suggestions?
