If you could find the surviving W and help her, she might be able to save the RE from foreclosure and give you a piece of it for your help.

If you can’t find her or she has no resources, she could sell to you and you could refi and pay off her loan.

To get a title from ex-W, you’d need to hire a title co. to check the title and tell you what’s needed for a good title to you.

There is a property scheduled for foreclosure sale Nov. 10, 2005 in Florida. The owner of record has deceased. He has an ex-wife and possibly a 9 year old daughter that live out of state. I checked the court house records and his estate has not been probated. Any suggestions how to obtain this property before Nov. 10.
