These are for single and multi family bldgs, not a commercial building. But they would be purchased as a portfolio.

I am a real estate investor in NY and have come across several really great deals. With owners willing to hold majority of the money on land contracts.
What I need now is private money to cover, the closing costs prorations down payments etc.
Does anyone have a source for privagte money in NY? I am having a hard time locating PM lenders in NY.
