I have been doing real estate for over 25 yrs. and I have been using banks and hard money but I am ready for a change.

I am looking for Private Money to fund my deals now. I also have a Commercial General contracting firm here in Richmond and we mostly buy and rehab nicer homes so we need more money for each deal but the returns are greater.

Now I see lots of courses on the subject of Private Money so who has some recommendations on finding private money or on the best course to get.
