Is there anyone that is willing to do a private loan, or hardmoney loan in a small town in texas? We purchased a building and have done all of the rehab except for the commerical kitchen appliances, vent-a-hood, and the ac system. The value is around $55,000-65,000. We are hoping to get a loan around 40%ltv. We are willing to do a loan on these terms, $22,000 at 18-22% interst only payments, also we are will to pay an additional $7,000 at the end of the 12 months. example: $300x12=3600 (total payments for 12 months) plus the $22,000 and also $7,000 just for doing the loan.
