I do. I find it is a great way to locate private money and note investors. Once you get their name it is typically pretty easy to locate them.

You start by locating small lenders in your area acting as businesses. Once you have that you do a public records search and see who they are assigning their paper too. Once you have the assignment document it gives you all the information you need on the private money behind it.
There is obviously a lot more research that goes into making this work that I don’t want to go too deep into but that gives you an overview. But once you have a few of these people in your corner your money woes will be over.
