I am in need of a private lender/hard money loan for a downpayment on a 7-unit apt complex located next to a university in Georgia. The owner is willing to owner-finance with $50k ($249k asking price). It is cash-flowing. I’d like to borrow the money to repay in 2 years. Can anyone help?
