Andrae, it would depend upon the deal and their rate of return on the deal. Are the sellers flexible enough to deal if cash could be brought to the table? Are the properties in an area of high growth potential? Good property bargins are everywhere if one looks well enough, but can you make the deal lucrative to a point where someone will jump at the chance to put there funds and faith in you to complete it? Does anyone know of any private investors in the virginia beach, tidewater area. Know of several hot deals(ie $85,000 house for $42,000) however don’t have the cash or credit to take advantage of these bargins. Looking for private investors with cash!
