First I’d strongly suggest you find and read your state’s statutes on condo law and see what rights it gives you, a condo owner, vis-a-vis the HOA.

Then hire a condo aware lawyer to send a cert. letter with his letterhead on the envelope to the HOA Board of Directors, gently advising them of their duties under your law and their ignoring such could just get them into court.

Hi, I own a condo and having problem with president not getting anything done around building. Bad tenants selling drugs , intercom in unit, etc. What recourse do I have. What am I responsible for in unit. Frustrated…Thanks
