I am about to purchase a 1BR condo in Arlington VA in a preconstruction fase. It will be ready in February 2006. Do you recommend buying in preconstruction and selling right after closing with a profit?! I am assuming sales prices will go up! Is this considered a flip?! What about seasoning?!
