I sell as is where is, it states that specifically, and my buyers know that and sign off on it…
Just my take, because, what if…happend, or what if…etc.etc.
This takes the guess work out of it…

Does anybody have a certified electrician go through a MH before selling to inspect electrical/heat/ac?
I am thinking of doing this for my peace of mind when selling older MHs.
What kind of records should I keep in order to prove this was done if I need it down the road?
Any idea how much I should pay?
Anything else worht inspecting (roof, sructural, etc).
