Newbie looking to do some flipping with wholesale properties but puzzle missing one piece. I am on unemployment with less than OK credit. How do I go about getting a pre-qualification letter without taking on a partner? Help!!! Thanks D.L.F.

DeWitt,

It’s time you pay a visit to you local Mortgage Broker and have them Pre-qualify you. Weather you’ll need a partner or not would depend on your deal and how you structure your deal, as well as your circumstances. As far as your income is concerned, there are many programs available that don’t verify income.

There are many programs available that don’t verify income. When talking to a lender or mortgage broker about getting a pre-qualification letter, do I ask them about a listing of the programs that don’t verify income or is there another source that can help. Thanks
