Cairns,
Do you have much success with these techniques? Also, do you work with these companies that do the foreclosure process?
thanks again!

Go down to your county recorders office and ask for the’re NOD (Notice of Default) list. Then ask the clerk to help in locating addresses. (Most county recorders offices have a computer to look up the document and addresses) And while you are there to get a jump on everyone else ask for the “appointment of successor trustee”* filings. ( These are the attorneys and companies who are hired to start the foreclosure process and are filed about 14 days before the NOD are recordered.) *because I believe you are not in a trustee part of the country just ask for the above, perhaps it is called something else there, however this info will point you in the right direction. Then there is a legal news paper that is published that carry all the legal recordings. (smaller towns don’t usually have them bigger cities do). Then there is always dataquick.com that has a service for about $175 a month for what you can get at your county recorders office. Hope this will keep you busy. Love well, invest smart and live prosperous! PS: always remember NO/no such thing is not the final answer…ahahhahah
