Not near enough info to even be able to tell. What are the Comps in both areas ? What is the condition, or repairs needed, what is your strategy to get the homes, Sub2? Lease Option? What is your exit Retail flip ? Wholesale ? Rehab ? What are they asking for these and what are they really worth. Are they willing to just walk away or do they want their equity ?
No answer can be given without knowing these things and many more Im not even thinking of Im sure (How long do houses sit on the market there ? Holding costs / ect)
Might be able to get more help if you have the answer to some of these.
