You are right. I would strongly recommend that any new visitor to CRE Online, including those who found us through this message board, thouroghly check out the whole site. You will find the “meat” you are looking for on Newsgroup I. Newsgroup II is here to field all of the newbie questions like, “Does Carleton Sheets work in my area?” and “Can you really buy RE with bad credit and no money down?” In addition, we also have a ton of free “How-to Articles” by the authors’ whose educational materials we sell. Also, you can read the “Success Stories” of quite a few of our visitors.

i have been reading posts on this site for several weeks now…i find that most of them deal with questions concerning different courses…most of the responses are pretty useless…“the course works if you use it”…“this course is better than that course”…“the deals are there,all you have to do is look for them”…if all of these no money down (or little money down)deals are being made by people posting on this board, why do i never see specifics about deals…what techniques did you use?? what type of property did you purchase?? what area of the country are you in?? if you had no money and/or poor credit, how did you circumvent that in order to make a deal?? seems to me that this info would be ALOT more useful than reading most of the useless posts on the board…i read the posts to try and pick up practical ideas that can be useful…i would assume that most people that are here reading the posts are already somewhat motivated…they are here in order to learn something…just my opinion
