I just got a call from a mutual acquaintance that Eric Dover is 4 days into the hospital, battling pneumonia during leukemia recovery. Eric got sick about a year or so ago.
He is a local Seattle Lonnie Dealer and private lender, some folks here have met him (at a MOM or a workshop, I think), done some money business with him, and Im sure would miss him.
Prognosis is not good - please keep him and his family in your prayers.

My thoughts and prayers have been with him since you called Steve. For those that haven’t had the pleasure of meeting him, he’s a great man and just general all around cool person to be around…
