I bought a property sub-2 by putting it into a trust. However, when I filled the warranty deed to trustee, I made a mistake and used the wrong parcel ID then recorded the deed. Is this a serious problem and how can I resolve this?

Brian: call your county recorder and ask what’s required to file a
correction deed. It’s done all the time where I am. Kristine
