I have never done one but have heard that 2-3k usually but may run in the 10s of thousands if they have leaked and poluted the ground(may have to excavat and dispose of polluted soil$$$. OUCH!!

I have motivated sellers that are flexible. They have fuel storage tanks on the property. Does anyone have any idea about removal or necessity of removal??
