Hello! After having studied a “Subject To” course a few times (and continuing to review it constantly) I am now hanging posters, circulating flyers and calling FSBO’s. My plan is to purchase “Subject To” preferably, or Lease/Option if the seller feels more comfortable with that approach. Here’s my question: In what direction should I take the initial phone call? Should I quickly get right to the point and tell the seller I purchase homes “Subject To”, or should I ask many other questions in a pre-screening process first? Any comments from experienced investors on how you conduct your phone calls, such as specific questions you use; or how you take the phone call in the direction that you want it to go would be immensely appreciated.
